Mr. Guglielmo is a Managing Director of Areté Partners based in Atlanta, Georgia. He brings over 25 years of experience providing financial expertise and leadership roles to companies during periods of distress or transition. He has served as an advisor to management teams, boards, secured lenders, and equity funds.

His advisory services have entailed interim management assignments including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, as well as numerous other senior advisory roles in special situation matters. He is a senior professional with a proven track record of identifying, managing, and implementing operational and financial solutions for companies to maximize value and foster long-term strategic improvement.

Jim has specific expertise in the development of business plans, detailed cash flow projections, review and implementation of specific profit improvement opportunities, contingency planning efforts, and divestitures of both whole businesses and non-core assets.
